What are your delivery options?
Here at Hancocks, we not only offer the broadest range of wholesale sweets, chocolate and confectionery, but we also offer a range of delivery services at competitive prices. Serving the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, we use trusted and reliable couriers to deliver the best bulk confectionery when you need it.
Details of our services can be found below. For all of our delivery services, we will always give you an accurate delivery date during the checkout process, and we continue to offer FREE delivery to most UK addresses on orders over £250 (ex. VAT).
Our standard delivery (which is free on baskets over £250 ex. VAT) takes 3 working days for orders placed before 3pm. For the majority of our orders, we use DPD, which will give you a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
Don’t worry, you can easily change the slot if it isn’t convenient. For palletised orders, we use Palletways through the Pallet Network.
If you have specific requirements dependent on facilities and capabilities, we can make arrangements to suit your business, but additional charges may apply.
